Personal & Ethic Foundations Reflection

        Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines Personal as relating to or affecting a particular person.

Oxford Languages states ethic is a set of moral principles, especially ones relating to or affirming a specified group, field, or form of conduct.

The foundation is the base of something.

        The first competency concerns the student affairs professional himself/herself. It is about the development and the maintenance of someone’s talent of integrity, thoughtful development, and critique in attachment on all the moral standards of ethics or personal wellness and growth.

        As a student in higher education, and not having studied at an American university/college, I can say that I am at the intermediate level. First, I have to fit in, and I have a lot to learn in order to grow in this skill. A pastor must show integrity.

The objective of the Dissertation Course in Congo is to develop the critical spirit of the student. To this end, it will serve as a foundation to develop my critical mind.

        If I consider that moral concern the problem of right and wrong, in that way  

A servant of God manifests high principles for proper conduct. For this purpose, I am at the advanced level.

        A servant of God who does not show integrity, nor moral probity, has only to resign.
